RESERVATION

Advanced reservations are appreciated but we are also available to go "on demand." Reservations can be made by calling 1-888-44-LUXOR or by filling out our online reservation form. Email requests and and inquires are also available. For airline reservations, please be sure to have your detailed flight information so that Luxor Executive Car Service can track your incoming flight. For weddings, night-out, or any other reservation please have your timeline and pick up and drop off information so we can be sure your transportation needs are met in a timely manner.

Luxor Executive Car Service Reservation Policy

PAYMENT

All payments can be made using cash or credit card ( Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Corporate Billing (invoice/check) can be arranged if requested. All reservations must have a credit card number on file to secure reservation. Please contact us to establish a corporate account.

DEPOSITS

A valid credit card number is required for all reservations. While in the vehicle, cash or a different credit card can be used for future reservations as well as paying for service provided.

GREETING LOCATIONS

For airportpickups, your vehicle and chauffeur will be at the following locations:

  1. Bagage Claim area (If Meet & Greet Service Requested, w/ client sign).
  2. Curbside (Cellphone contact required).

Your vehicle and chauffeur will be waiting for you outside the terminal building at the designated Limousine Stand. Chauffeurs will remain with their vehicle. Your vehicle will be curbside 15 minutes after the confirmed landing time of your flight. This will allow ample time for you to collect your luggage and locate the Limousine Stand. If you cannot locate the Limousine Stand or your vehicle, please contact Luxor Executive Car Service immediately at 1-888-44-LUXOR.

EXTRA CHARGES

Times are estimates and may not include some charges incurred during the performance of the trip, which may include but not limited to:

  1. Early/Late hour fees (11PM - 5AM)
  2. Extra stops ($10 departing within city, $25 otherwise)
  3. 15 Minute Grace Period Allowed ($1/minute thereafter)
  4. Overtime beyond trip estimate.

DELAYS

If a flight is delayed due to weather, air traffic or other mechanical issue, a vehicle and chauffeur will remain at the airport unless notified and instructed by the client otherwise. The appropriate wait time charges will apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled reservation time subject to a 50% of trip fare plus gratuity. No-shows and/or cancellations after scheduled vehicle departure will be charged full fare, including gratuity and any applicable wait time by the chauffeur. However, there is cancellation fee on all airport reservations.

EXTRA

Smoking is prohibited by law in any of our vehicles and it is grounds for early termination of all trips with no refund. There is a minimum $250 fee for extra ordinary cleanup such as: vomit and smoking.
